Based in Mishawaka, Ind., Schurz Communications is a privately-owned, nationwide communications company with diversified holdings including newspapers and broadband systems. Decisive Communications will provide engineering services for Schurz Communications-owned Long Lines Broadband in Iowa. Decisive will also provide construction and engineering services for Antietam Broadband, a Schurz Communications property in Maryland.
