Executive Vice President of Operations/Engineering

Scott_Shelley_for_WebScott Shelley is Executive Vice President of Operations/Engineering of Decisive Communications, Inc. In his role, Scott is responsible for all engineering efforts including business development, special projects and assembling a team for the newly created group.

Prior to joining Decisive Communications, Scott served as Regional Vice President of Commercial Engineering for the East Coast at Time Warner Cable where he oversaw all aspects of commercial engineering, including commercial fiber operations, commercial network engineering and operations, colocation facilities and cell tower backhaul for a territory that consisted of more than 100,000 commercial customers and 10,000 cell backhaul customers. 

A practiced industry expert, Scott's experience also includes 31 years with Hauser Communications, which during his tenure was purchased by Southwestern Bell and later by Comcast. Scott, originally from Topeka, Kansas, graduated from Kansas University and has been a Virginia resident since 1985. In 2005, he was inducted into the Virginia Cable Hall of Fame.
