Michael Grives
Director of Fulfillment Operations
Michael Grives is Director of Fulfillment Operations of Decisive Communications, Inc. In this role, Michael is responsible for driving the growth and success of Decisive’s fulfillment services. Michael joined Decisive in 2013. During his initial appointment, Michael lead the invoice reconciliation and payroll teams. In April of 2015, he was appointed Director of Fulfillment Operations.
Michael started his career in the telecommunications industry in 1991 in Pennsylvania. He quickly grew into a leadership and management role that lead to the appointment of Vice-President with McLaughlin Communications. While with McLaughlin Communications, Michael established and expanded business operations to include areas in Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and New York. As the business expanded, Michael directed all aspects of fulfillment operations, commercial operations and construction operations. He also created and developed the dispatch department infrastructure; as well as, instrumental in establishing the payroll and invoicing team.
Michael attended Penn State University in Pennsylvania concentrating in Engineering.
