Timithy B. Harwood is President and Chief Executive Officer of Decisive Communications, Inc. He began his career in the telecommunications industry in 1989 working as a field and construction technician during the telecommunications build in Maryland. Tim managed his first telecommunication fulfillment company, Aircom, in 1992, after which he filled the role of Operations Manager at Balcom Communications from 1994 – 2003. At Balcom, Tim quickly earned a reputation as a contracting partner innovator, expanding the company’s offerings to include field fulfillment and construction resources. Learn more

Richard W Sander, Jr. is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Decisive Communications, Inc. Rick is responsible for leading the company’s financial operations and human resources and compliance functions.
A veteran of the industry, Rick has over 20 years of experience in media & telecommunications, working most recently as Division Senior Vice President Finance for Comcast, the nation’s largest provider of broadband video, high speed internet and telephony services. Gregg Sanders is Executive Vice President Business and Organizational Development of Decisive Communications, Inc. A cable industry veteran with over 30 years of operation and business development experience, Gregg has held a number of executive leadership roles with companies such as Continental Cablevision, MediaOne, Fox Sports Net and Comcast. Gregg joined Decisive Communications in March 2013 as part of the acquisition of a northeast telecommunications company where he served as President.
In his current role, Gregg is responsible for managing the company’s portfolio of customers while ensuring operational success. Additionally, he is leading efforts in new and emerging markets as Decisive Communications continues to grow and expand its product offerings. Learn more
Clinton Johnson
Director of Construction
Clinton Johnson is Director of Construction of Decisive Communications, Inc. Clint is responsible for all aspects of Decisive Communications’ multi-faceted construction organization throughout our service areas, reaching from New England to North Carolina. Clint directs the company’s construction efforts which include node capacity splits, coax span replacement and repair to new aerial and underground construction of coaxial and fiber optic plant. He is also a recognized industry leader in developing fiber engineering teams covering T-Mobile cell backhaul, emergency fiber restoration, fiber audits, node splits, and fiber optic system design ensuring accuracy and timely completion of projects for customers. Angie Simons-Fee
Secretary/Treasurer and Director of Corporate Administration
Angie Simons-Fee is Secretary/Treasurer and Director of Corporate Administration of Decisive Communications, Inc. In her role Angie is responsible for all state, federal and regulatory licensing requirements as well as all corporate governance and administration.
Additionally, Angie manages all Vendor compliance including insurance requirements, licensing and payables while also providing oversight for all Decisive payroll functions.
Angie is an original employee of Decisive having started in 2004 where she performed multiple tasks including office manager, accounts receivable and payroll responsibilities. In 2011 she was named Secretary/Treasurer and Director of Corporate Administration. Learn more
Eugene Harwood
Director of IT
Eugene Harwood is the Director of IT for Decisive Communications. In this role, Eugene is responsible for all IT related architecture, design, implementation, maintenance and repair of existing and future infrastructure.
Eugene began his career in the IT field with DynCorp, working first as an upgrade technician followed by the position of senior help desk analyst. After DynCorp, Eugene worked for the Computer Science Corporation as a Systems Administrator, soon being promoted to Senior System Administrator where he was responsible for planning and designing system architecture.Learn more
