Decisive Communications President and CEO, Tim Harwood, has been recognized as a winner of Baltimore Smart CEO’s 2015 Future 50 awards. The program recognizes the region’s 50 fastest-growing mid-sized companies, five small Emerging Growth companies, and five large Blue Chip companies who have experienced outsized growth based on a combined three-year average of revenue and employee growth.

Tim was on hand to accept the honor during an awards dinner on Thursday, January 22 at the Hunt Valley Inn and commented, “I am honored to be recognized as one of Smart CEO’s Future 50 Award winners. Our team has worked so hard over the past four years to grow Decisive into the business it is today and we continue to develop Decisive into the company we envision for the future. We provide our customers in Maryland, New England and the Carolinas, with the best telecommunications service possible and feel very lucky to have a team of highly motivated experts with which to do it.”

The 2015 Future 50 winners collectively generate $2.1 billion in annual revenue and employ 11,495 individuals in Greater Baltimore. This impressive group was recognized in the 2015 January/February issue of Baltimore SmartCEO magazine.

“Running a fast growing company presents unique opportunities and challenges - and this year’s Future 50 list, whether they are 10-year veterans or first-time winners, share a unique bond among them, said President of Smart CEO Events, Jamie Nespor-Zawmon. They’ve battled the harsh economy and won. They’ve heard the naysayers and have chosen not to listen. They’ve seen the odds and made themselves the exception. Entrepreneurs built this country and formed the foundation of the communities in which we all live and work. And through continued hard work, dogged determination and an unwavering will to succeed, they are constructing the bright future that is in store for Baltimore right before our eyes.”
