As part of our commitment to the communities in which we serve, Decisive Communications proudly sponsors various community youth organizations and events. As we continue to grow, we hope to expand our presence in and around the community. In 2014, we sponsored the following youth-serving organizations:

• LOUYAA Baseball Team Sponsorship
• Frederick Indoor Color Guard 2014 KIDA Championships
• THS Instrumental Boosters Club
• Frederick County Public Schools Community Agency School Services (CASS)

In December 2014, Decisive Communication staff donated gifts to the CASS Giving Tree, a program dedicated to helping families in need provide gifts to their children during the holidays. The Decisive Communications team sponsored a single mother with a 14-year old son. The boy’s Christmas requests were simple: shirts from American Eagle/Hollister, VANS shoes and Nike Sneakers and a bike.  All of the clothing items were donated by our employees and the bike was purchased by Decisive Communications.

In a thank you letter to our team, the Frederick County CASS coordinator wrote, “our parent was truly overwhelmed when she picked up the gifts, and in no way anticipated having her wish filled to the extent that it was. She is extremely grateful to be able to provide her son with the extras that are not possible after paying rent and buying food. Thank you again for your efforts.” 

Additionally, Decisive Communications employees took part in the Frederick Rescue Mission this past holiday season, supplying winter wear donations to people in need. Employees joined together to provide a box full of gloves, hats, scarves, jackets and toiletries for people of all ages. The Decisive Communications team also sponsored an individual who requested help for her grandchildren.
