This application, “The Drop App”, is an automated entry system for underground service line tickets that uses GPS-location services to ensure accuracy, proactively notifies customers of their job status and eliminates back office intervention.
Since its initial deployment in 2015, The Drop App has led to reduced service times, improved customer communication and increased efficiency and accuracy in the field. Presently, this technology has been made available for sale by Decisive to system operators nationwide.
