Press Release: Decisive Communications Begins Rollout of GPS Devices in Technician Vehicles to Improve Customer Service

In an effort to expedite services and maximize customer care, Decisive Communications has begun a rollout of GPS devices to all of their cable technicians’ vehicles. With the addition of the GPS services, Decisive will now be able to track service technicians in real-time and work to improve job performance in the field. The enriched knowledge of truck routes and timing will also allow for more specific appointment times and live updates if trucks run into difficulties on the road, such as traffic and detours. The GPS located in the trucks will be connected with Decisive Communication’s Fulfillment Technical Support Center where Decisive employees will be able to monitor and track progress.
